PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. The promotion is addressed to all SCALA customers. Under the promotion, after meeting the conditions described in these Terms and Conditions, the customer may receive a discount on an order for jacquard lanyards or sublimation lanyards.

3. The promotion runs from Monday, June 29, 2026 until July 3, 2026 at 3:30 PM (“promotion period”).

4. Under the Promotion, a customer who places an order for at least 1,000 jacquard lanyards during the promotion period will receive a 25% discount from the base price. However, if the customer places an order for at least 1,000 sublimation lanyards, they will receive a 15% discount from the base price. The order should be placed by email at: scala@scala.rzeszow.pl . The discount will be included on the VAT invoice issued by SCALA.

5. A condition for participation in the Promotion and obtaining the discount is to send, along with the order, a completed and signed declaration of consent to the processing of personal data by SCALA and to receiving commercial information, the template of which is attached to these Terms and Conditions.

6. The promotion applies only to orders for jacquard lanyards and sublimation lanyards.

7. A condition for granting the discount to customers cooperating with SCALA and settling in the form of prepayment is payment of the entire order no later than July 6, 2026 inclusive.

8. Order fulfillment dates and other commercial/delivery terms will be specified in the order confirmation, which will be sent by SCALA to the customer’s email address from which the order was placed.

9. SCALA is authorized to verify whether the customer has met all conditions for granting the discount.
