Are you able to complete a garment and accessory marking order within two weeks?
YES! We complete production orders within a maximum of 10 business days after the customer accepts the sample. Sample lead time is 3-5 business days. Each time we provide the shortest realistic lead time for each product.
Can I opt out of doing the trial?
YES! If a customer orders a product that he has already ordered before or orders regularly, a trial is not necessary. However, in any other case it is necessary. It is the process of preparing graphic files in a weaving/printing program, which results in a prototype. Doing a trial additionally gives you the opportunity to see the final effect and possibly apply corrections before final production.
