Professional finish: stiffening, Velcro, thermofoil

Choose between stiffened and soft versions of patches. Stiffening provides durability and form stability. It is ideal for demanding products. Your patches can be calendered. This will make them smoother, shinier. This technique also strengthens their structure, providing better resistance to abrasion and deformation.

Can I opt out of doing a patch application trial?

YES! If a customer orders patches that he has already ordered before or orders regularly, there is no need for a test. However, in any other case it is necessary. This is the process of preparing graphic files in a weaving/printing program, resulting in a prototype. Doing a trial additionally gives you the opportunity to see the final effect and possibly apply corrections before final production.
