Classic labels in non-standard looks

We produce cut jacquard woven labels, i.e. popular sections, each edge of which is resistant to fraying.

They can be easily sewn onto the product, either by hand or by machine, on two sides or sewing all sides. We can even do it for you.

Stubs are ideal as a main tag with a logo or a complementary tag with size and product care information. Multifunctional and practical, and thanks to our openness to combining different materials and marking techniques, also ready for out-of-the-box solutions.

Precision cutting: thermal or ultrasonic

Both thermal cutting and ultrasonic cutting guarantee perfectly even finishing of the labels. Thermal cutting is the most common solution of choice - it works perfectly for most applications, providing precisely machined edges. For products that require the highest standard of softness and comfort, ultrasonic cutting is the ideal choice.

Perfect branding: woven or printed

Woven jacquard inserts have a convex, textural surface. Designs created with multicolored threads are seen as more luxurious.

Sublimation prints are absorbed by the material. They offer the possibility of reproducing complex graphics, including photographs and color gradients. The surface of such labels is smooth and pleasant to the touch.

YES! We complete production orders within a maximum of 10 business days after the customer accepts the sample. Sample lead time is 3-5 business days. Each time we provide the shortest realistic lead time for each product.

Can I opt out of doing the trial?

YES! If a customer is ordering a sew-in that he has already ordered before or orders regularly, there is no need for a trial. In any other case, it is necessary. It is a process of preparing graphic files in a weaving/printing program, which results in a prototype. Doing a trial additionally gives you the opportunity to see the final effect and possibly apply corrections before final production.
